Collaboration in Education
How We Collaborate
Professional Development and Collaboration
Higher Ed Roundtables are conducted three times per year to provide professional development opportunities to the higher ed community and to increase collaboration. We encourage participants to bring their colleagues from other institutions. Institutions may participate in Cross Registration to offer students more opportunities for cyber education.
Partnerships and discussions between CinDay, industries, and individual institutions give rise to new courses and degree programs that will produce a high-quality workforce to meet the growing industry demand.
Pathways for Students
Our team updates Degree Finder with new cyber courses and degrees to help employers identify where to find new cyber talent. SOCHEintern establishes relationships with industries, institutions, and students to create internship opportunities for current college students. SOCHE Engage establishes relationships with the K-12 community to help increase career awareness and strengthen the future pipeline.
Learning and Networking Opportunities
Institutions and industry hold and attend events that provide all students experiential learning opportunities. All CinDay Cyber and regional cyber events are included on the events page.
Cross Registration allows students who are degree-seeking or participating in certification programs access to academic opportunities not available at their own institutions.
